  • Can I see a chiropractor if I am pregnant?
Chiropractic care can be beneficial for pregnant women, especially for addressing musculoskeletal issues such as back pain, pelvic pain, and postural changes that can occur during pregnancy. Many pregnant women find that chiropractic adjustments improve their pregnancy experience and can even make delivery easier. We use gentle and safe techniques that are unique to each patient in order to alleviate discomfort and improve mobility throughout pregnancy.
  • What is the cracking or popping sound during an adjustment?
The sound that is heard is the release of gas from the synovial joints. In some cases an adjustment can occur without any audible cracking. The goal of the adjustment is to improve joint mobility, restore proper alignment, and reduce pain or discomfort.
  • Why should my child get checked by a chiropractor?
Many parents are choosing to be proactive with their children's health, rather than reactive. Chiropractic is both proactive and preventive when it comes to wellness. Pediatric chiropractic care is safe, gentle, and helps a child thrive right from the start.
  • How much does chiropractic care cost?
The cost for chiropractic care is different for everyone and is dependent on your condition and the severity. We build a customized treatment plan for you and give you transparent pricing information after your consultation.
  • Do you accept insurance?
We do not deal with insurance directly, however if your specific plan covers out-of-network Chiropractic Care or Physical Therapy we will provide you a Superbill (medical receipt), where you can be reimbursed outside of our office.
  • Detailed History and Examination
During your first appointment, we take the time to understand your health history and current concerns. Our doctors conduct a thorough examination, using the latest technology to analyze the health of your posture and spinal structure. This step is crucial to identify any underlying issues and provide personalized recommendations tailored to your specific needs and health goals.
  • Book Your Initial Exam
The journey to better health begins with scheduling your initial exam. We value your time, and our efficient booking process ensures you get started on your path to wellness without delay. To ensure a comprehensive evaluation, we break your appointment up into sessions for just $49. Day One: During the first session, you'll receive a detailed posture assessment and a one-on-one consultation with one of our experienced doctors, followed by a chiropractic analysis to pinpoint the root causes of your health concerns. Next, you will receive an adjustment that is tailored to address your specific needs. Day Two: Our chiropractor will present a detailed report of your health concerns and consultation from the first day. We will provide you with a personalized treatment plan, carefully crafted based on your unique health goals.
  • One-on-One Detailed Report and Wellness Plan
We believe in the power of knowing and understanding your health. That is why we provide a one-on-one detailed report of exam findings with one of our skilled chiropractors. We'll take the time to explain your evaluation results and ensure you fully comprehend your current condition.
  • Trigger Point Therapy
Do you have painful muscle knots? Are they affecting your range of motion? Those muscle knots are known as trigger points and are common in people with chronic musculoskeletal pain. A small muscular nod, or specifically a trigger point, can be responsible for pain in parts of the body that are quite some distance from where the nodule is itself. This particular kind of therapy is designed to work on the nodule directly. There is specific, controlled pressure that is applied to the trigger point. By relieving the trigger points in a muscle, it is allowing the muscle knot to loosen. Patients often experience immediate relief following one treatment.
  • ARTHROSTIM
We see many different types of people of all shapes and sizes every day, each with different sensitivity levels and pain thresholds. With such a wide variety of patient needs, sometimes the manual adjustment might not be as effective or efficient, which is why we may use a tool like the ArthroStim Instrument to enhance their treatment sessions. What it does is produce a speedy thrust and recoil motion, similar to the way a chiropractor uses their hands to adjust the vertebrae in your back. The benefit of the instrument is that it performs this high-velocity, low-amplitude motion 12 times per second, and is targeted to a very small area. The force of the thrust radiates through the joint and the tissues that surround it, releasing trigger points that are often the cause of muscle spasms.
  • Chiropractic Adjustment
Chiropractic care is a safe & non-invasive way to treat joint pain, especially when it comes to the neck & lower spine areas. The word “chiropractic” literally translates as “to treat by hand” from its Latin origins.
  • Muscle Scraping Therapy (IASTM)
Do you have chronically tight muscles, joints? Fibrosis or adhesion in your soft tissues? History of chronic injuries? IASTM (Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization ) is an instrument-assisted muscle treatment that utilizes a tool & cross-friction massage therapy to break up deep tissue knots & prevent scar formation.
